Chennai, Mar 1 (ANI): Tamil Nadu fishermen participated in a festival at St Anthony's Church on Kachchativu island in Indian Ocean, which was at one time a stronghold of the now defunct Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).
